Ki Tavo

This week

Ki Tavo keeps saying one word: today. Today you bring your first fruits. Today you have become a nation. Today Hashem commands you. The parsha walks from a farmer carrying a basket, to giving maaser away, to the whole nation standing between two mountains, to Moshe reminding them of forty years in the desert — and it keeps calling all of it today.
